Whilst the programme is structured, it is also designed to work with you so together we can best match your individual development needs. The programme will be shaped by your own development and you will be given the opportunity to self-assess to determine the best type of mentor and coach for you.
You'll have a personalised development plan (which begins with your assessment centre feedback). This will be regularly reviewed, changed and updated to reflect your progress.
Mentors and business coaches will support you throughout.
Running alongside the placement, there will be a number of modules covering the areas of business skills, technical ability, people management and interpersonal skills.
These modules, along with the experience gained throughout the different placements and project work, will equip you with the necessary skills for your onward career development.
At the end of the scheme we'll help you to obtain any relevant professional qualifications, whichever part of the business you decide to join.
